New Singapore restaurants and shops – March 2018
New restaurants and notable shops:
KouKou cafe
KouKou cafe is a new restaurant in Bugis+ based on Dreamworks characters like Shrek, Puss in boots, Kungfu Panda etc.. Let’s be honest, this place is extremely instgrammable, from the decor to the food, people probably spend more time taking photos than appreciating the food. It’s a place to bring your children, or if you are a huge fan of the characters.
